The Association obtains funding from AgFirst Farm Credit Bank (AgFirst or Bank). The Association is materially affected, and shareholder investment in the Association could be affected, by the financial condition and results of operations of the Bank. Prior to the formation of AgSouth Farm Credit on April 3, 2023, reports are provided separately under AgSouth Farm Credit and Carolina Farm Credit.
The Association prepares an electronic version of the annual report, which is available on the Association’s website within 75 days after the end of the fiscal year, and distributes the annual reports to shareholders within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. The Association prepares an electronic version of the quarterly report within 40 days after the end of each fiscal quarter.
